Chinese Students from Beijing No.18 High School joined in the Finnish education summer camp of 2015 which was organized by FICEA (Finland-China Education Association), the municipal governments of Tampere and Sastamala together in July 2015.
The summer camp was expected to cultivate the required abilities of 21st century including creativity, critical thinking, communication and collaboration, to improve all-round individual development. In the summer camp, particular Finnish education courses were offered to the Chinese students, such as camp innovation class, Lapland special class, museum class, Nordic class and outdoor games. The Chinese students were learning by doing in teams and shared what they had learned from the courses. They had a great happy time in the summer camp.
